simulis (simulis.io) is operated by Naran Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada. By using the service you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
What this is
simulis is a marketing memory for your business: it connects to your advertising and analytics accounts (read-only), builds a permanent, sourced library of your campaigns, results, decisions, brand rules, and audience knowledge, and serves that library to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Answers your AI produces from the library are generated by third-party AI models grounded in your data. They can be wrong. They are not professional, financial, or legal advice — review consequential decisions yourself.
Your account
You sign in with an email address. We don't use passwords; one-time links are sent to your email when you sign in. Your workspace is accessed with a key we issue you. You're responsible for keeping your inbox and your access key secure — anyone holding the key can read your library. Don't share it beyond the people and AI tools you intend.
Your data and connections
- Platform connections are made through each platform's official login flow and scoped to reading. We request only the scopes syncing needs.
- Your library is yours. You can export it, disconnect any platform (which revokes the stored token and deletes that platform's synced data), or delete your whole workspace — self-serve, immediate, irreversible. Details in the privacy policy.
- We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or train models on it.
Acceptable use
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Don't use the service to violate a platform's terms, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to access other customers' workspaces. We may suspend accounts that do.
Early access
The service is in early access and currently free for founding users. It is provided as is, without warranties; syncing, features, and APIs may change or break as the product develops. If pricing is introduced later, you'll be told clearly before anything is charged.
Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time (see above). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naran Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated answers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, during free early access, is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Material changes will be announced to registered users by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
